Main Street Metal Art Banners

Look up as you drive downtown!

Banners are on Main Street/Hwy 61 and run from Old West Main Street to East Avenue. Metal and fabric banners lining Main Street. Metal banners are focused on local places, businesses, and ideas. Fabric banners display five themes: nature, arts, history, commerce, and welcome and are written in a variety of languages (Dakota, Spanish, Norwegian, Chinese, and Japanese).

This was a project of Red Wing Downtown Main Street with funding from the Jones Family Foundation, Red Wing Area Fund, and the City of Red Wing.
